GoodCompany provides a secure and flexible permissions framework for corporate users, allowing different team members to access only the tools and data they need—nothing more, nothing less. Each corporate member role is designed to support key responsibilities, with access tailored accordingly.
👥 Managing Corporate Members
Once corporate access is granted, your designated administrator can:
- Switch between individual and corporate views
- Invite or remove corporate users
- Edit user permissions at any time via Members > Corporate Members

Here’s a summary of key roles available in the corporate account and what each can access:

Workplace Admin | Full administrative control, including access to settings, reporting, member management, and eligibility file uploads. |
Payroll Manager | Manages payroll giving and matching processes, including pay cycles and donation-related financials. |
Reports Manager | Access to all CSR, donation, volunteering, and participation reports. Ideal for tracking impact and engagement. |
Invoice Manager | View platform and donation-related invoices for reconciliation and finance team review. |
User Admin | Manages user access and experience settings. Typically an HR or UX function. |
Content Admin | Updates homepage and FAQ content via the CMS. |
Contact Person | Primary point of contact between your company and GoodCompany. Coordinates support and communication. |
External Support | Typically used by your IT team or consultants for technical access and troubleshooting. |
